All products offered on the Stardust Perfume website are 100% authentic, thoroughly inspected, and verified by our quality assurance team prior to shipment. Your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we provide an open delivery option—you may return the item upon delivery, and we will either replace it or arrange a refund.

Refund & Exchange Conditions

  1. Product Condition:
    • Items must be in their original, unused, and unopened state, suitable for resale.
    • Packaging, perfume boxes, and factory seals must remain undamaged and intact.
    • Products that are opened, used, or damaged will not qualify for return or exchange.
  2. Return Period:
    • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
    • Refund requests are processed within 2–3 business days after receiving your returned item.
  3. Refund Methods:
    • Credit card payments: Refunds will be credited back to your card within 15 banking days.
    • Cash payments: Refunds are processed on the same day when an exchange is completed.
  4. Delivery Charges:
    • Return shipping fees apply, with a charge of 2.500 KD per product.
