1. Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver within Kuwait and select GCC countries. For international deliveries outside Kuwait, kindly reach out to our customer care team for assistance and shipping fee details.
2. Estimated Delivery Times – Kuwait
Orders placed for delivery within Kuwait are usually completed within 24–48 hours. During busy seasons, holidays, or promotional events, delivery times may be slightly extended. Most orders are dispatched on the next working day following purchase confirmation.
3. Alternate Shipping Address
You may choose to send your order to an address different from your billing address. Simply provide the preferred delivery address during checkout before finalizing your order.

Registered Customers: Log in to your account, go to Orders, and select the relevant order number to view real-time tracking details.
Guest Users: Track your order easily by using the “Track Your Order” feature on our website, entering your email and the order number received via email confirmation.
